Highland Inn - San Bernardino

Location was great. Beds were ok.

No breakfast. Not enough shampoo or conditioner. No coffee maker in room. Carpet really dirty. Manager did not want to give me a good deal after booking 4 rooms

Everyone who works in the hotel is very polite and amiable.

The room is quite bad.

The size of the room, the bed was good, you had more T.V. channels than most. The free wifi very nice. Loved the amount of counter space by bathroom sink.

The rooms could use updating. Although the bed was comfortable, the furniture was broken and in need of repair and the walls need painting. It was not as clean as it shold be.

I greatly enjoyed the stay here.

The location nearby local attractions made it convenient for our plans. The complimentary breakfast was decent and provided a good start to the day.

Decent room, friendly staff, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making for a comfortable sleep and a refreshing shower before heading out to explore the nearby attractions.

Despite the promised pool view, the reality was disappointing as it overlooked a sand pit. The room conditions were unacceptable, with stains on the bedding and a foul odor in the supposed non-smoking room. The staff exhibited rude behavior, especially when I requested a late check-out due to transportation delays. This experience was significantly below expectations and not recommended for future travelers.

I recently spent a night here and was thrilled to find that Speicher Memorial Park and San Manuel Casino were just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors and nearby entertainment during my city strolls.

The microwave and refrigerator combos in the room could be handy for quick meals, especially after long hours of travel.

Not great if cleanliness is high on your list-the place felt more like a blast from the past with noticeable maintenance issues, including peeling paint and stained furniture. It was a bit surprising to find foul odors lingering in non-smoking rooms, leaving a less than fresh impression. Plus, the noise from neighboring rooms was hard to ignore. Not ideal if you're hoping for a peaceful getaway.

The managers were genuinely nice and cute. I appreciated the flexibility with check-in. The room was decent enough, and I had a good experience overall. It was very accessible to local events. The community feel added to the atmosphere 😊

The inn is conveniently located not far from the casino. The room rates are reasonable, and the staff was generally polite. Clean bedding and decent facilities were appreciated . It also offered great amenities for a relaxing time.
